You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or any laws.

7. In-App Purchases

Lyricmatch may offer in-app purchases. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to the pricing, payment, and billing policies applicable to such purchases.

All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

8. Subscription Services

Lyricmatch may offer subscription services that provide access to additional features and content ("Subscription Services").

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.

Your use or inability to use the Services;

Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;

Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party;

Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Services.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and any class action rights.

Lyricmatch reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our Site or within the App, and your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
